SUSPENSION
If a member engages in actions that violate the association's constitution or undermine its objectives, and specific claims are made in this regard, the executive council may temporarily suspend their membership following a preliminary investigation.
Subsequently, the Executive Council will form an 'Inquiry Committee' comprising three members, including at least one member from the Advisory Council, while the other two members may come from the Executive Council, to conduct a thorough investigation into the issue. After this, the executive council will take appropriate actions, which may include expelling the member based on the recommendations of the inquiry committee. However, prior to making a 'dismissal' decision, the member must receive a show cause notice allowing time at least for 7 days. Based on written response against this show cause notice, Executive Council may take any decision.
